“First rate service. My pashmina was beautifully packed and arrived at the time stated. I am looking forward to wearing it at a wedding this next week. I made contact online and found a very good web site showing the full range of colours. The order and payment pages were straightforward and there were no hassles or complications.”

“I ordered a beautiful pashmina for a wedding. Although I only paid for standard delivery the item was delivered the next day! It was beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and very well packaged.I will certainly order off them again.”

“Arrived on time, beautifully packaged and excellent quality. Unfortunately it was the wrong colour to match an outfit I was wearing for a wedding 2 days away. I emailed them and they very kindly agreed for me to make some more colour choices and the pashminas would be delivered to their sister shop in Lytham the following day for me to look at. Sadly they too did not match or blend with the outfit and I was assured a full refund would be credited to my account within 5 days. Such excellent customer service from lovely ladies. Thank you!”
