“Pink sparkly bobble hat. Nice sparkly pink hat but the finish was poor. Fibres from the bobble were hanging loose and uneven and easily pulled out.”

“I Ordered 2 Pashminas from Scarf Room to see which colour I preferred with a dress I was wearing to a special occasion Scarf Room delivery was excellent. I returned one and got and was informed with the progress of my refund which came in very quick time Im impressed with Scarf Room and I will recommend it to my family and friends. “The pashmina arrived promptly and is lovely. However, it was purchased for me to wear to a wedding but my husband overlooked to pack my very small suitcase in the car and on arrival at our destination I realised I didn’t have it!! Will keep the pashmina as a reminder and make do with my Tesco replacement undies that I was forced to buy!!!!! 😖”

“The 2 x scarves I ordered from the Scarf Room are exactly what I expected. One thing to mention is that the black label identifying the scarf and its material is sewn into the side hem. That means unpicking the hem to release the label. Couldn't the labels be attached with one or two easily removable stitches that the buyer could unpick without damaging the hem? It would be such a help.”
