“Very happy with the service. The pashmina is of a good quality. I bought pale grey although the colour is more pale blue to me. It’s to go with a navy lace dress which I will wear to a summer wedding. I would highly recommend scarf room and I will probably order another colour in the same range. Thank you!”

“My scarf arrived very quickly and packaged safely. Unfortunately I did not like the scarf when it arrived but that was purely my taste the item was really great quality for the price. The returns process was very easy which is a plus point for me when ordering on line. I will certainly be shopping with Scarf Room in the future. Rachel”

Dear Judith Thank you for your message and I am sorry that you have not yet received your scarf. It was ordered on Sunday 15 April and despatched, as advised, on Monday 16 April via Royal Mail standard class post. As we received no further correspondence from you, as far as we were concerned your scarf had arrived safely! Of course, in the circumstances, we shall send you out a replacement today and seek to recover from the Royal Mail for a lost item. If/when the first scarf arrives, would you be kind enough to return it to us. I hope this helps and apologies again for the delay. Kind regards Scarf Room
