“I needed a pashmina for a wedding, I looked at the scarf Room website and was very impressed what a great choice, I ordered a pale grey pashmina and when it arrived it was beautifully packaged and I am very happy with the color, the quality and the service and I would certainly use this company again and would recommend to friends.”

“I ordered a pashmina. I was alerted by phone message and email that they were out of stock and it would take twenty days to be delivered. I asked to cancel my order as it was a birthday present for the following week. I was immediately offered a more expensive pashmina, in the same colour, for immediate delivery at the price I had already paid to keep things simple. What amazing customer service. “I bought the beautifulreversible poppy pashmina. Delivery was as expected, within 48 hrs. When I looked at the pashmina I noticed a flaw. I contacted the company online and received a response within an hour. They replaced the pashmina immeadiately and it arrived first class the following day. Stunning product; superb customer service. My first purchase but not my last.”
