“Tried to cancel my order as it was needed before the weekend and it would not arrive in time due to the Royal Mail strikes. I was then told by someone called Christina in customer service that they would then ensure the order was shipped with Evri to ensure that it arrived in time, to which I then agreed to go ahead with the order…only for me to get an email from Royal Mail the next day to say they had received my parcel! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Needless to say I didn’t get the scarf in time”
