“I wanted a special Pashmina scarf for a family wedding. I am very pleased with the quality and service and if necessary I would certainly order from the Scarf Room again. I am looking forward to wearing the Pashmina in August.”

“I am very pleased with the customer service' despite the particular scarf I ordered being out of stock..... Brenda contacted me within a couple of days of my order, was apologetic and offered a refund or choice of replacement. Taking up the replacement offer, she was very helpful in offering options based on my colour selection and the occasion for which I wanted the item. I would definitely recommend them to friends, and buy from them again. Sounding very old fashioned - it is good to see that some commercial enterprises actually value their customers.”
