Dear John Thank you for your review and please accept our sincere apologies for this delay. I have checked our records and your items were sent out, as advised, on 11/12/2017 using the Royal Mail's first class service. I spoke to the RM's Customer Services Helpline this afternoon who advised that, due to adverse weather conditions last week, there has been a build-up of delayed post which they are now doing their best to deliver.
