“Great products, quick delivery and friendly customer service. A pleasure to do business with. Ordered a pashmina for a wedding which arrived in super quick time, however, after comparing the colour to my outfit it didn't quite match. Upon explaining the issue to the team a refund was issued swiftly and a replacement item was sent out the same day. Keep up the good work guys!”

“Great service, received items within the time stated and very pleased with the quality of these pashmina shawls, has anyone got a tip on how to remove the labels as some are too dark and show significantly with the light colour shawls. Very happy with the service.”

“I have bought a pashmina and 2 scarves from the Scarf Room over the last 6 months. The pashmina was everything I’d hoped for - soft, lovely quality and wonderful size. A birthday present for myself which I’ll treasure forever. The two animal print scarves are also beautiful - they are for presents for my family and I can hardly bear to give them away! Ordering process was easy and very prompt delivery. Thank you, I will recommend to my friends.”
