“Easy-to-use website and fast delivery. I ordered two pashminas ( mulberry red and gold). They were of excellent quality and lovely colours. I was buying them for a friend's birthday but, unfortunately, they just weren't suited to her style/taste, so I did return them. The refunds were also very quick. Overall, the customer service and the pashminas were excellent, so I would certainly recommend Scarf Room.”

“The scarfs are really good, great colours. The website didn’t really say what material they were made out of and I bought 2 colours to try and when I returned the one I didn’t want to keep, I had to pay postage. That’s not great for an online fashion outlet.”
