“An excellent service from Scarf Room. I ordered two pashminas for a forthcoming wedding, as I was uncertain of the colour. On arrival they were in fact true to colour shown on the website and I opted to keep the Orange Wedding pashmina which is stunning. I returned the other with no quibble. An efficient and courteous service, excellent value for money. I will have no hesitation in using their service again.”

“This is just what I was looking for a good size as a summer wrap when the evening is chilly. A fine weave so good for semi-formal occasions and the colour orange is for me a really good match accessorising with my shoes and bag for a wedding. Also excellent delivery”

“I’m afraid the parcel courier let your service down. Although I’d asked for next day delivery, the courier didn’t post parcel through door (although it would have fit) but took it back to post office so I couldn’t pick up until day after I had needed it! Poor service! Mrs C Stefi”

“I rang to order a pashmina and was advised that it was currently out of stock but a delivery had been received that morning and they would check if the colour I wanted was part of that delivery ... and that as I was going out they would ring within the hour to let me know. I was contacted well within that hour. My pashmina was available. It was easy to place the order with very helpful staff. It arrived promptly ... nicely packaged and of good quality. Excellent service!”

“Nice pashmina, good cream colour, very slightly more woolly than silky. Sadly, it took a little while to be delivered so it missed the occasion I needed it for. Moral of my story... order well in advance!”
