“Very satisfied with product but not impressed with delivery paid £9+ for next day delivery but because I ordered on a Saturday it wasn't delivered till Tuesday! !!”

Dear Pauline Thank you for taking time out to post a review and so glad you are very satisfied with your purchase. I am sorry you thought that by ordering on a Saturday your item would be despatched then. However, as we clearly state on our website, items ordered after 3pm on a Friday are sent out the following Monday and, if going via next day delivery, that means that they will arrive on Tuesday before 1pm. “Very prompt delivery. A little disappointed that the pashmina feels as though it contains acrylic as well as silk and cotton as indicated. Making it a little "sweaty" to wear - not the best on a very hot afternoon.”

“Delivery was fairly quick. The pure baby cashmere pashmina was very soft and delicate but the fabric was a little thinner/lighter than expected. Very pretty hot pink colour. Overall was satisfied with purchase.”

“Hi. The service was excellent. The scarf is lovely, it washes beautifully, and feels fabulous. One small issue... it is not white! I would say it is cream. I have kept it, as it is so lovely, but have been out and bought a white scarf (which is not as nice), but is white, as I needed it for my holiday.”

“Received first pashmina which was faulty but they quickly resolved this by sending me a replacement immediately. Colour was perfect and material lovely and soft. Even though slight hiccup with first one would definitely re-order colour is amazing for the wedding outfit I have Thankyou”

“Item arrived very quickly. Sadly, had to return for refund as ordered cream colour but when it arrived, the shade was more pale yellow. Refund also received within a couple of days. Great service.”
