“Lovely silver pashmina bought for my son’s wedding in 2 weeks so not worn yet. It looks beautiful and is lovely, soft and I’m sure will be nice and cosy if it’s a chilly evening. I look forward to wearing it! Thank you.”

“I ordered a pashmina to be delivered next working day and indeed it did arrive before lunch. The quality of the pashmina is very good, it was true to the illustrated colour. It is lightweight but surprisingly warm - just the thing to wear with a summer outfit as the evening turns cooler. Excellent service and product.”

“Excellent customer service and product. Royal Mail returned my order - the lady I spoke to at the Scarf Room - Angela I think and yes a real person, was so helpful. She sent a replacement by next day delivery. The pashmina was soft and a perfect colour. Thank you!”

“I put in my order by telephone, not keen on email, and was pleasantly surprised by the very polite gentleman who carefully took my order. He informed me of the offer available which I was happy to accept. My pashmina arrived on time two days later, well wrapped and just what I wanted. Thankyou, I have recommended you already.”
