“Your service was good but unfortunately when I used one of the masks the ‘hook’ over the ear came adrift. No problem as I can stitch it back. I haven’t opened the second one yet. ‘”

“The colour of this scarf is great. Bang up to the minute. I bought it for a present for a friend and unfortunately there were a couple of areas where the material looked flawed. As I got 20 per cent off I guessed this was why and have kept it, but deciding now whether to give as a present or not as its not perfect. Birthday isn't until August so have time to decide.”

“Excellent service and beautiful pashmina at a reasonable price. Bag didn't match colour but it wasn't far out. Altogether a very good online firm. Would happily recommend.”

“Received the emerald green pashmina, beautiful colour. However disappointed to find 2 pulls on it, when package was opened. Hope the scarf room can do something about it for me!”
