“Lovely Fascinator/brooch. Colour as described and beautifully made. Arrived promptly. Only reason not 5 stars is that it would have Vern nice if the fascinator had been tissue wrapped , rather than just in the box.”

“I ordered two scarves to go with a wedding outfit. Unfortunately, I had to return them as the colours did not match my outfit. The scarves were both lovely and of good quality so I was reluctant to return but I do hope to order from Scarf Room again in the future as I love their products. In the meantime. I look forward to receiving my refund.”

“Lovely quality pashminas in beautiful colours. Not sure of colour matching so ordered two and it was so easy to return the one I didn’t want. Great delivery, ordered around lunchtime and with me mid morning next day.”

“I would have no hesitation in recommending Scarf Room to anyone. I needed a pashmina (etc) for an upcoming family wedding, and was unsure about colour etc. I called Scarf Room on the phone and, on talking it through with Ellie, who was extremely helpful, made a decision and ordered the Silver (pale grey) pashmina, a matching fascinator, and handbag on-line. Much to my amazement, these products arrived the next day (despite the order being made mid-Friday afternoon). The products were absolutely perfect, toned well with the dress already bought for the wedding, were beautifully packed and in excellent condition. I am very impressed with the level of service, as well as the quality of the products. Thank you.”
