“So pleased with the pashmina I ordered, when it arrived the colour didn’t quite match my dress so I sent it back and requested a different colour. The customer service was fantastic and they sent out my second choice and it is perfect. Thank you for such speedy service.”

“After searching the internet, I ordered a cobalt blue cashmere scarf, from scarf room as they had a good selection of colours, I had rang them first and they were very helpful. The Scarf which is a gift arrived on time and is extremely soft and a beautiful colour. As the scarf was a gift I asked them to send details regarding the manufacture, which they promptly did. So in conclusion I am very pleased with overall service, will be ordering another scarf.”
