“I have received the black scarf within a couple of days ordering. The scarf is lovely and what I expected. I bought it for a wedding. On the day whilst wearing it for the first time I noticed I had black all over my hands and my nails and handbag. I have washed it and there is black in the water so I’m not sure if this should happen.”

“Tried to order online with next day delivery but due to a postal strike this looked difficult. However a most helpful member of staff took my order over the phone and the pashmina arrived the next morning. Colour exactly right, and lovely quality too. Well done!”

“Great prompt Service I ordered a pashmina last week but when it arrived I felt it was the wrong colour, I contacted Scarf room by telephone and in less than a week I had returned the scarf which was then replaced with a colour that suits. Thank you for great service and lovely quality pashmina”

“Beautiful scarves. Beautifully wrapped before sending. Ordered 3 different colours, with the intention of sending 2 back, as I couldn't decide which colour to wear for a special occasion. The scarfs feel so soft and well made, I'm keeping 2!! Would definitely recommend Scarf Room! 👌”
