“I ordered a scarf, did not cancel the order, did not receive the scarf then received an e-mail telling me that the cost of the scarf had been refunded but NOT the cost of the postage!! Not sure what went wrong with my order. I no longer want to purchase this item due to such poor service.”

Dear Valerie I have tracked your order through our Royal Mail system, the order was placed on 17th October and delivered by Royal Mail Rednal delivery office at 12.13pm on 18th October. The item was then returned to us on 22nd October and we issued a refund for the item the same day. I have tried to contact you by telephone so I can provide you with the tracking reference. “I had a faulty scarf and did not have time to change it. The scarf room were brilliant with their customer service. Fast to respond and very friendly. The scarf I have is beautiful and perfect. Thank you scarf room. I would defiantly recommend them and will use the again.”

“A lovely item. The colour was just as it looked on the colour chart. The fabric was excellent. Delivery was quick and efficient and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. One more thing, a great price too. All in all a win! win!”

“I have bought three scarves now so will be drawing my horns in for a little while. Am pleased with the ones purchased so far, two of which have gone as presents. What I am looking for now is a self colour periwinkle blue, 100per cent silk with a good discount. What have you got. Please do not ring me. Or give my details to another source.”
