“Very good delivery! But was disappointed to find in the pack I bought I only had 6’6” poles . Which is no good so will have to get one more so I can make a platform from. Don’t get me wrong I am very happy with everything.”

“Great customer service. It didn't go without hitch but they were responsive when we hit a problem and kept me informed. The issue was that some items were out of stock which ment the original delivery deadline could not be met so they arranged for a next day delivery the following day before 12:30. Great stuff. Good product. 😀”

“Great service from staff, pity about TNT courier limit on max length carriable. Suffice to say after SS had to cut two 12ft braces for delivery by courier, they turned up in a long wheelbase transit, 2 ft longer than the uncut poles, unbelievable!”

“Ordered Scaffold and came the next day in the morning. Seems a good price and the gear is in stock (not like some websites when it takes 3 to 5 days). If I require more scaffold, I will use them agian. GE Newcastle Upon Tyne.”

“Delivery and service Ok. However the base plates were not to the same specifaction as normal cuplock. They in fact are very poor and already showing signs of deteriation.”

Sorry you were disappointed with the base plates, we do offer a heavy duty galvanised base plate, if you want to return the ones you ordered we will gladly exchange them as a gesture of goodwill, many thanks
