“The boards were in poor condition. They both had splits present in them, they were dirty and had footprint marks on them.”

Good morning I am dissapointed to hear that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of Scaffold Boards. Our Scaffold Boards are stored outside therefore may become slightly dusty/weathered. Before every package is despatched we take photographs. I have seen the photograph of your boards and I cannot see any splits, I can only assume the damage must have occured during transit. If you could kindly email me some pictures of the boards and I can take this up with our courier. “Really good customer service, rapid delivery, but the delivery driver reversed into our gate post and didnt let us know and drove off we have this on cctv!!!”

We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery service of your scaffold boards. It clearly states on our website on the home page and every individual product page, that for next day delivery the order needs to be placed before 2pm. You may not have realised but your order was actually placed at 15.26 on a Friday, which meant that the items would be packed and sent by courier on the Monday for delivery to you the following day, which would be (and was) Tuesday.
