“Next day/overnight delivery of composite 13' boards. Unfortunately, whereas I explained that I required lightweight boards, the ones that arrived were almost as, if not heavier than standard wood boards and as such are useless for my job. Cannot afford to return them since cost of same prohibitive. Speed of delivery excellent but product no use to me - therefor redundant.”

We are sorry to hear that the Plastic Boards you purchased are not suitable for your use, we can only supply boards, plastic or timber, that are suitable to be used for / in construction projects. You may have been better visiting say B & Q locally to see what they had available.. You can return the boards for a refund no problem, however the cost of return is not included, nor the orignal delivery chareg as the boards are not faulty, sorry in this case we are unable to help further, especially due to your remote location.
