“Great service and delivery. The plastic stop ends aren't great though. when trying to (gently) tap them into pole ends, they smashed and shattered.”

Sorry to hear you thought the delivery charge was a bit high, this was due to your location on Loch Ewe, over 500 miles away, the £ 42 plus VAT is what we are charged by Fedex based on the size and weight of the equipment. Hope this explains the costs.

“My experience as a first time customer was good. Website was relatively clear and easy to order from. Only gripe is that product photos could be far better (clearer, sharper, and better thought out - perhaps also including comparitive objects to allow a sense of the scale of different sized products to come through). Delivery and experience overall was quick and painless - would happily use again.”

“An efficient service, speak to them, they suggest they have the goods and give a fair price (not inexpensive) but for the service and product, reasonable. it was a joy to find the goods delivered as promised, to the person and location as directed and to find the goods were good quality suitable for the purpose desired. I shall use your services again, please keep the service good, the cost reasonable and the quality as I would wish (good). while I won't say I enjoyed the transaction, I will say that it could not have been better. I didn't expect to need the parts. but many thanks Simon O”

“Very happy with the scaffolding suited my project fine ordering was simple, delivery very good arrived earlier than first advised. Price of scaffolding was good however living in Northern Ireland cost of delivery was hard on the wallet. would I use the Company again ? (cost of delivery would make me think twice).”

Ben, sorry you were disappointed with the delivery charge, as you will appreciate, your order contained tubes of 3.0m in length which resticts which courier we can use for deliveries to Northern Ireland. We use Fedex as these are by far the most reliable, we do use other couriers for non-mainland deliveries but these can not accomodate 3.0m lengths of tube. Should you need to order just clamps/fittings then delivery would be considerably cheaper.Thanks
