My experience as a first time customer was good. Website was relatively clear and easy to order from. Only gripe is that product photos could be far better (clearer, sharper, and better thought out - perhaps also including comparitive objects to allow a sense of the scale of different sized products to come through). Delivery and experience overall was quick and painless - would happily use again.
