“The service given is absolutely brilliant regarding the order, with regular contact regarding the order and delivery with exact delivery day and times ect, not a single fault to be found. The actual order was done online, with Delta confirmation via a phone call regarding delivery,the items were delivered extremely quickly literally a few days nearly 200miles away all cut to size for the surrounding to our local football pitch, absolutely brilliant service and very highly recommended.”

“Overall, price and service was good. One scaffold board was damaged on the end which was disappointing but I’ve rectified it. Delivery cost of £50 was steep given it was sent on TNT.”

Hi Richard In case of damage, we will always replace items when our customers notify us. Due to the nature of our freight, we can only use a small selection of couriers. The shipping cost will vary depending on the size of your order. All charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before processing the payment. Thank you Delta

“Ordered scaffolding net for my allotment, which was as described and so much cheaper than the products specifically marketed for gardening. Paid £9.99 for p&p assuming it would be despatched fairly promptly. Ordered on a Saturday, finally called the following Friday to be told it had not been despatched as they had been very busy but would be despatched that day. It was a bank holiday weekend so I didn’t receive it until the Tuesday after. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and would have expedited the despatch had it not been already scheduled for that day. However that did make me think that if customers who are familiar with the business call to ask for expedited despatch that may result in others being pushed back a bit. I could be wrong. A message on the website mentioning potential delays would have been helpful as then I could have chosen whether the order from there or not. I’m giving 4 stars as the product is very good value and staff very helpful.”
