“Missed 7/45 am delivery as i was asleep and unaware it was coming. Phoned and arranged new date. Later that day the delivery driver phoned to say he would come back with my delivery that afternoon as i had missed him that morning. This is an excellent example of accepting responsibility and how to deal with it.”

“Materials all good, however special deliver instructions were not visible to delivery driver due to the way the address paper was fold, this incurred a 5 day delay in delivery, not helpful , Brian”
