“Great product at a very reasonable price. I have used one tarpaulin to cover a caravan and another to cover all my garden furniture. Both are performing well. Given current constraints, the item arrived in good time and good condition.”

I can see that you did order tantalised timber, of which there has been a national shortage of supply, due to the ongoing Covid situation. We did email you to advise they were out of stock and when they would arrive, and your order was delivered within a week of them arriving. “Although classed as used the tubes sent were clean and looked nearly new. Nice and straight with no damage. Clips were new and conformed to British Standard. All in all an excellent purchase and well worth it. The only downside was the delivery courier DHL who for some reason had to deliver the small amount of scaffolding in two parts and had to be reminded to look on the van for the bag of clips.”
