Hi Mrs Mason, As you are aware, the courier delivered your order to the wrong address. We did have photographic evidence of the delivery, but after investigation with help from yourself, we were able to see that the courier had delivered to the wrong address. As soon as we realised this has happened, we resent your order that very day and had a telephone call from yourself to say they had been delivered to the correct address. We are sorry that the couriers made this mistake. However, we always do all we can to rectify any errors made by couriers. Customer service is of great importance to us. “Good service with delivery sooner than expected. For new boards however, could have been a bit cleaner. I know they’re only scaffold boards but these weren’t going to be used as scaffolding. Would still but from them again if the need arises.”
