“I've now bought 2 of the heavy duty covers which I use as winter covers for boats. They are very tough and durable and the best product I've found for winter covers. Scaffolding Direct is an excellent company (I have no connection with them or vested interest). The website is clear, no hidden costs, very clear guides to all the products they stock and their service is brilliant with rapid despatch of items”

“I don't know why I received my order in two deliveries but presumably there was a reason.... delivered by Darren, a lovely chap who was very helpful and cheerful. The boards look good - i plan to use them as shelves and haven't actually sanded and treated them yet, but the wood is a lovely blond colour with attractive knotty bits. I haven't had a proper inspection of the planks yet, but they look like planks so I don't anticipate any worries. So far I am happy with my purchase.”

Hi Roger, Thank you for your review. I apologise that the boards you received were not to your standard. We do not appear to have received any emails or calls from you regarding this. We would always be happy to refund or replace any damaged items if we are made aware. If you are able to email us some pictures of the damaged boards then we can refund or replace your boards as appropriate. Thanks, Ben

“Order was ready quickly. Dispatch lads were excellent. They were in the middle of sorting a big delivery, but accommodated me quickly and with loads of sense of humour and football banter!”

“Ordered a large tarpaulin to cover an unfinished roofing project. It arrived on time, was good value and kept the building dry in very high winds.”

“Very happy. The order was just what I wanted and the service was excellent, considerably quicker delivery than I was told to expect when ordering and the delivery guy brought the boats all the way to the front door and didn't just dump them in the garden. Top marks.”

“I'm an end user, not a company, and found this company very good. The website was easy to use and the ordering process straightforward. I was kept informed re delivery which was completed as indicated . I guess the delivery lead time was longer than usual because of Covid”
