“I have purchased several of thes 8x4 raised beds and they are great. On this occasion the only fault I could find was with the delivery. There was no prior notification as to when it was arriving, and we were taken by surprise when it suddenly turned up... I was just .getting up. However the driver was very good and put the items exactly where requested. If it wasn't for the lack of notification it would have been 5 stars.”

“The raised beds look substantial and good quality. Delta made arrangements for delivery but the company were hopeless. I had 4 missed slots. They did deliver in the end but considering I paid £175 for delivery I am not impressed. This reflects on Delta. I have not been offered a full or part refund of delivery so far. I am waiting to be informed. However if Delta use this company again it will deter me from a repeat order. The delivery company were not sympathetic and said logistics is a complicated business so I don’t think they will refund any delivery charge”

I am glad the delivery was well received on the second day and it was pleasing to hear the driver helped you offload the vehicle. “Ordered a roll of poly wrap. I needed asap but didn’t put that in any correspondence. Ordered on Thursday, bearing in mind weekend, delivered on Tuesday. Brilliant service.”

“I wanted tanalised scaffold boards for a garden job - and they aren't always easy to find. Scaffolding Direct had exactly what I wanted. It was easy to order. I ordered on a Friday and they were delivered on the Monday. Impressive”

“Bought a few Herras fencing clips to convert some fencing into a chicken run. Clips were surprisingly cheap but their quality seems ok. Good service; package arrived very quickly and ther were no dramas. Happy days.”
