“Service wasnt that great. On my first order, it was only when it was chased that they suddenly told me that the product was out of stock! - Just would have been nice to be informed. Maybe an improvement feedback for your team for future.”

Hi Cassia, Thank you for your review. I apologise that you were not made aware of the out of stock item. The items you ordered are special order items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. At the time of placing the order, we were not advised that they were not available. We were also not made aware of the item being out of stock until we chased it up ourselves, after receiving your call. We have already raised this with the manufacturer, so this event should not happen again. I can see that your refund for the item was processed on the same day that you called. “Delivery firm rang on the day to say they couldn’t deliver. Scaffolding direct said it’s not their problem despite ordering over a month ago. They will process a refund though. Not helpful when i needed the boards!!”
