“I found the website very easy to order from and they were delivered very fast although there was a delay but down to courier and not the fault of scaffold direct, i ordered these to see if they were suitable for a larger project and will be very happy to order the extra parts i need from scaffold direct a company i am happy to recommend”

“I ordered a raised bed kit and was surprised that there were no screws or instructions included, just planks and brackets. Two of the planks were damaged when I received them with deep gouges.”

Hi Valerie, Thank you for your review. There absolutely should have been screws included with your kit. If you give us a call on 01516787997, we can get these sent out immediately for you, if they are still required. There would not usually be instructions included, as this is a fairly straight forward “Do-It-Yourself” product. The brackets just need to be screwed into the inside of the corners of your bed kit. Please send photos of any damaged boards to sales@deltagb.com, and we can send replacements or refund you as appropriate. Thanks, Ben

“Great company. Easy to order what I needed. There had been a run on the product due to lockdown but I was emailed about it and asked to call if it was urgent. It wasn’t so I was happy to wait. Very happy with the quality once it arrived, which was only a few days later anyway. Would recommend.”

“Excellent ordering service. Prompt delivery. Goods were left on property exactly as requested. Goods appear to be as advertised, not reviewed as unused atm. I did need to make an enquiry by phone and the first person I spoke to said she would get back to me and didn't. Two days later I tried again and the person I spoke to found the information whilst I was on hold and he gave me the answer I needed. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”
