“I regularly buy the flame retardant sheeting and am disappointed to see that you’ve changed it to your own brand and took away the flame retardant writing on the sheet. My client likes this. Why has this been taken away please as the price point hasn’t changed. Thanks. Rory.”

The lead time specified at the point of purchase was “Most orders are being dispatched within 7-10 business days” and unfortunately we were two days longer than that. We specify “Most orders” as sometimes there are further delays with deliveries at peak times, such as springtime with timber orders like yours. We also advise in our order confirmations “If you require your items urgently/for a specific day, please call 0151 678 7997 after your order is placed so that we can do our best to accommodate you.” Should you look to place another order with us in the future, please let us know when it is required, and we will always do our best to meet your deadline. “Was looking for scaffold boards to use as flooring for my gazebo found this company scaffolding direct very good price and had what I was looking for. Very simple to order on web site and all very secure payment, was kept informed ref delivery time scale and the boards arrived when stated , all very good condition I laid the boards out marked them re checked my measurements cut secured them sanded them just to take the ruff surface off applied 5 coats of varnish job done and my wife is very pleased with the finish”
