“wrong parts delivered then took a further 5 days to sort it out then second delivery of the right parts turned a day late and threads damaged not good at all sorry”

“Good product, delivered ahead of time. Easy to set up and use. Just a couple of problems, product poorly wrapped in some loose clear plastic, no instructions and one leg bent but I’m not sure how to work with Scaffolding Direct to get that sorted out. Don’t want to sound too negative a note as company delivers well and product works easily and is very secure”
