“Ordered parts with no problem. Requested some poles be cut to size, which was done with no hassle and confirmed over the phone. Picked up myself and the order was ready as requested. Employee even supplied a tape measure so that all the poles had been cut to the required length. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone”

Hello Dawn. We have been advertising a temporary 5-7 lead time due to a high influx of orders. This is marked clearly on our website and your order confirmation. We invite all customers to contact us at the point of order if an order needs to be delivered quicker than the specified timeframe. “Used a 12 meter by 4 meter tarpaulin for a water slide down our garden. It worked a treat. The quality and thickness of the product many our was good for adults as well as children. Brilliant.”

“Easy to use website with competitive products. I needed a heavy duty tarpaulin, but not the usual rubbish sold by major online retailers. Scaffolding Direct's item fitted the bill perfectly. Delivery was prompt in a well packaged parcel. So far so good, time will tell how long the tarpaulin will last.”

“I recently ordered ground anchors from Scaffolding Direct, and I was genuinely impressed. The quality was even better than I expected – solid, well-made, and exactly what I needed. “The service given is absolutely brilliant regarding the order, with regular contact regarding the order and delivery with exact delivery day and times ect, not a single fault to be found. The actual order was done online, with Delta confirmation via a phone call regarding delivery,the items were delivered extremely quickly literally a few days nearly 200miles away all cut to size for the surrounding to our local football pitch, absolutely brilliant service and very highly recommended.”

“Overall, price and service was good. One scaffold board was damaged on the end which was disappointing but I’ve rectified it. Delivery cost of £50 was steep given it was sent on TNT.”

Hi Richard In case of damage, we will always replace items when our customers notify us. Due to the nature of our freight, we can only use a small selection of couriers.
