“The boards were delivered on two different days so held me up! also the second delivery was partially soaked in oil from a can that had fallen over in the van - rather messy to work with!”

Hi Derek, Thank you for your review. Apologies for the delay on part of your delivery. It looks like our courier had sent one of your parcels to the wrong delivery depot, but this was delivered correctly the following working day. With regards to the oil spillage, please do give us a call upon receipt of any goods that are in any way damaged or faulty, as we could have had the courier take them back and issued replacements. However, we have no record of you calling to advise this. “It was a relatively small purchase of sufficient 48mm tube and fittings to make a freestanding gym bar for my daughter. So went for click and collect rather than jaw dropping delivery charge. Went to warehouse at Bromborough and everyone really helpful. Easy ordering, order conformation and exactly what I asked for was there when I went to pick it up. Even brought it to the car for me. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use again for my next project.”

“Very impressed, a very small order, but when I made a mistake, not realising that some of the parts would not have been compatible, they contacted me before sending the order, rather than just sending it as many companies would have. Good price, good service. Much appreciated.”

“I ordered some of the green garden netting for my allotment. The netting arrived a lot sooner than I expected, was about the best price I could find and the staff member I spoke to on the phone was so helpful. Summing up, if I require any more this is the place I’m going .”

“Bought a single scaffolding board for use as an emergency gangplank for my narrowboat. Very disappointed with the quality of the wood used, knots with knots missing weakeneing the board and worse, a single deep split running virtually the whole length of the board. Would not purchase from this company again.”

“Very quick delivery and excellent communications. The garden netting was purchased to cover an existing aluminium garden cage. I was a little concerned that close weave might block too much light but the light transmission seems good. The material is very pliable and easy to work with while at the same time being reasonably tear resistant.”

“Couldn't find 100m wide decking anywhere, scaffolding direct had some in stock. Quick delivery and cheap but the quality of the decking is quite poor, lots of crack and splits and the timber is very rough. It doesnt match the quality of my existing decking.”
