“Staff are so helpful and quick at replying to emails, phone calls and having a video call to look at different bag, colour and accessory options was amazing. Martina and Byrony were so patient with me this week , choosing the deco strip to go with the Navy Blue Ivy I was buying and showing me different ways to use my bags and accessories. The bags always come quickly and are wrapped beautifully as it the quality of the leather and the bags themselves. I would highly recommend them .”

“The product is beautifully crafted and Customer Service is excellent. The Team go above and beyond to help with decision making and on the very odd occasion I have changed my mind the exchange or refund process is reassuringly simple. If you want to treat yourself to something really special this is the place to go. If you need to give someone a hint as to what to buy you point that person in the Sarah Haran direction. The ‘girls’ do an amazing job of finding the right gift for a loved one. They seem to get a buzz from doing personal edits. I suspect many a relieved partner has made that call.”

“The lining was coming away from the leather of my gorgeous Jasmine. I sent some pics to Sarah Harlan’s team and their customer service is second to none. I was asked to return the bag and after examination, they sent it back to their amazing Italian atelier who has repaired it. Throughout the process which was a matter of weeks, the team kept in touch with emails to let me know what was happening. Including the final email to tell me they were returning the bag to me - I have it and it’s perfect. It’s rare to find a company that keeps its promises (they offer life time guarantee for their beautiful bags), actually communicates with their customers as well as actually caring their customers are happy with their products. Bravo Sarah Haran and your amazing team! I’m constantly recommending your bags to all my friends!”
