“I ordered one of Sarah's handbags for a very dear friend's birthday and I am delighted with the purchase, which arrived very quickly and extremely well packaged to prevent damage. The handbag is a lovely design and in fact everything about it is perfect, from the colour, size and quality of the leather and I can see it being a very useful addition to my friend's wardrobe, so much so that I am more than tempted to treat myself to another bag from her inspired range. I contacted Sarah to tell her how delighted I am with my choice and was delighted to receive a personal response, including suggestions about the bag I am thinking of purchasing for myself, based on the information I had given her and that is what I call excellent service. I came across her bags from an advert I saw and was immediately drawn to the colour and design, so checked her very easy to negotiate website. She is certain to do well. Marica Pilkington”
