“I have used SafeContractor now for the last 3 years and have found them excellent. I have had accreditation with other companies but found the level of support and the way in which that support was delivered to be very, very frustrating. If you know exactly what to do, then there are no issues, however, if you need to ask a question I found them to be boardering on rude in their manner. It was a complete breath of fresh air to have someone on the other end of the phone to help you, not only every step of the way, but in a manner that made me feel like they were really concerned with my issues. I wish I could give them more stars but suffice to say, SafeContractor have made my experience, of a very difficult task almost........pleasureable. I would never go back to doing full assessments with the others, just a deem to satisfy, when the need arose.”

“It was by no means an easy process and much effort and documentation had to be produced but the certification outcome was well worth the effort.”

To make the process easier next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
