“As always all staff are very professional and make the whole process less painful. This time has taken longer than usual which ended up with clients chasing us so not so happy about the time it took this year.”

Thank you for your review, and congratulations on your SafeContractor accreditation. Our standard audit time taken from all documents being submitted it 4 weeks for an auditor to complete your h&s assessment. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly. “We have been SafeContractor members for over 5 years now, and over this time it has helped us secure some very jobs. It has also improved our presence as a company who treat health & safety as the highest priority. This year i was quite late in submitting our renewal literature, but due to the fantastic team at Safe we managed to have our certificate before the deadline. There were no hidden extras to pay for, just a great team at the end of the phone to assist in getting our audit through in a smooth and effortless fashion. “Initially not pleased that if you don’t pay to fast track you do not allow sufficient time from submission to accreditation Without your client’s accreditation expiring. When I realized this and paid to fast track your service was very good.”

Our standard audit turnaround time from the point of all documents being submitted is 4 weeks, however we do offer upgrades for contractors who want to guarantee a faster audit sign off. To make the process faster next year, we recommend updating your documents throughout the year via our online portal so that when the questionnaire is released 30 days before expiry you can re-submit your up to date documents quickly.
