“I really enjoyed working with Alan. He supported us to feel very engaged. He was very positive and broke down all the information into steps that we were able to understand. I was quite worried about how intense the training will be but I ended up really enjoying the sessions and I now feel confident to become a first aider! We would love to have Alan at Blossom House school for future sessions! Thank you for being amazing at what you do Alan!”

He delivered the information in a memorable way by sharing real life experiences and using hands-on training and scenarios, rather than just relying on a PowerPoint presentation. He made sure to involve all participants and regularly checked that everyone understood the content. Thanks to Allan, I now feel much more confident in how to respond in an emergency situation.”
