“Wow! I think this has been the most informative and interesting first training I have had in a while. I usually come away feeling unsure with my head full of information and no confidence to deliver. However this time I feel confident to deliver first aid to adults,children and babies. The session kept my attention the whole time and both of the 2 mornings flew by! Alan was excellent, and his stories helped bring everything to life and make it real. It was what kept the sessions engaging! Thank you so much!”

“The trainer was very knowledgable and very interesting to listen to. I have been doing first aid for many years now and in my last company was head of Health and Safety and First Aid, so this was really just a refersher and an update to newer ideas. However, I feel that for some who have not had the same training over the years, not doing much in the way of practical or a practical assessment meant that their experience of the training was lacking.”
