“This training was delivered really well; it was useful and informative, and entertaining along the way as well. It was a good mix of theory and practical, and I will definitely be able to put the skills to good use in my job-role.”

“Suggest that the trainers ask participants at start of day if they have any conditions such as mobility, hearing impairment ect. I found it difficult to hear the male due to where I was seated in the room.”
