“Felt that the training was rushed and that some of the practical was overlooked assuming that everyone had great knowledge of everything. The trainer was friendly and included all participants in the activities we did participate in, but still feel that certain activities were omitted.”

“The trainer was very knowledgable and very interesting to listen to. I have been doing first aid for many years now and in my last company was head of Health and Safety and First Aid, so this was really just a refersher and an update to newer ideas. However, I feel that for some who have not had the same training over the years, not doing much in the way of practical or a practical assessment meant that their experience of the training was lacking.”
