“Fantastic service over the phone, the staff member went to a lot of trouble to find two pairs fo shoes for me to try - even asking another staff member to try on some shoes to help decide which size! I’m delighted with the shoes I have been sent, whilst shipping in person for running shoes is still the preferred approach your tram have been phenomenal in bridging the gap whilst I can’t come tot the store. Thank you!”

“Whether it's going to the shop in Eccleston Street, shopping on- line, or by phone as I did a couple of days ago, the service is always excellent, the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
