“Excellent customer service. purchased a pair of Hoka shoes for my wife. When they arrived she found a manufacturing flaw. Phoned RaB, they checked their stock, reserved another (the last) pair which they despatched when I e-mailed the proof of posting for the return. No hassle, no debate, no fuss, no cost to me.”

“Well, here we are, 15 months into lockdown/WFH and the previous pair have been worn out. Bought another pair in a size 10.5 to replace last year's shoes and am again very satisfied after the first couple of runs. Delivery was very prompt so more great service from Run and Become.”

“I cannot express how impressed I am with this shop. I have quite specific issues with my feet and I am so impressed by their encyclopaedic knowledge of the different types of shoes and their suitability for my foot condition. They went over and beyond what you normally expect from good customer service. Special shout out for Bhauliya who was amazing”

“Run and Become you have never failed me. My family & I have been buying running gear since you first opened in Edinburgh. We first met at the Chinmoy runs oh! so many yearss ago I cannot recall the exact year. On this occassion one of the tops I purchased on line I did not like and returned it to the Edinburgh shop. The speed of my refund was just amazing.”
