“sent wrong size”

“Product is fine as had similar before. Was disappointed by Run and Become as the running shoes are a Xmas present for my spouse. I had specifically requested the shoes to be sent in plain packaging with no reference to source for obvious reasons. This request was ignored and now the present is no longer a surprise! Not the best customer service experience. Customers tend to vote with their feet! Shame as all other aspects of purchase was first class.”

“One size 6 ladies trail shoe the other size 8 male trail shoe arrived. Size 8 shoe in the post awaiting the other size 6 ladies shoe. Hopeful that the matching trainer will be the correct one sent out as they cost £130. They were bought as a gift for this friday but no luck they will be a matching pair for tomorrow.”
