“Usual amazing customer experience. My sales assistant was patient, understanding, experienced and prifessional. She made me feel like I was the only person in the store. And did everything she could to make I got the correct shoes and left the shop happy and completely satisfied. Exemplary customer service. I will be going again next time I need new shoes. And for those who haven't been, do yourself a favour. You won't be disappointed.”

“Bought a pair of Ron hill running shorts. When they arrived they were too big. I used the free return service to exchange for a smaller size and recieved the new pair within 5 days. Excellent customer service, I will definitely use Run and Become again in the future.”
