“Having contacted a few other Hoka dealers who couldn't be bothered to even reply I came across you guys, in particular Dipika. So helpful, friendly and he even listened to me..! I placed an order, and unfortunately one shoe didn't quite fit (my feet, not a shoe issue) so he again went the extra mile trying to find another pair for me in the right colour and kept in touch to let me know what was going on. The return process couldn't have been easier too. I can't recommend you highly enough, and will be back again to buy more as well as pointing others towards your store. I'd come by if I didn't live 300-odd miles away, but from my experience as a mail order customer I'm very impressed.”

“Always excellent customer service - they will spend half an hour fitting you for the right shoes. A recent online order came with a wrong item, they were really quick to respond, replace with the right one, and send a bonus pair of my favourite socks to apologise. Highly recommended.”

“I googled Brooks Adrenaline gts 21 and Run and Become had them before they were released in the UK! Wow, amazing! Hoped to try them on in the London store but the stock was in Edinburgh. The lady in the London store phoned me several times to update me, and I ended up ordering online. They arrived and are great, I love them. Will be ordering another pair when all the colours arrive - but just needed a pair now as my other shoes were 1,000 over the recommended mileage. Will definitely be using Run and Become from now on.”

“It was easy to search what shoe type I should buy even though description is generic. It was confusing at first as I have high arch but also hyper mobility so I opted for shoes suitable for flat feet rather than high arch. I got my shoes discounted, and they were initially meant to arrive on Saturday as that's when royal mail told me they would deliver but they never did so it arived on Monday. Shoes are very comfortable with my insoles and on the first run removed 17s of my time:D”
