“I received a call from Dipika, she was really lovely and helped me with choosing the correct running shoes for me. After seeing my videos she explained in detail why those shoes were right for me, she answered all my questions very patiently and I was very pleased with the recommendation.”

“I was about to purchase a couple of pairs of road shoes when I got an email from Run & Become highlighting their upcoming "Flash Sale". Lo and behold. my first choice shoes were available (and in my size too). I quickly ordered two pairs. I had an email confirming the order. R&B highlighted that there could be a slight delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I needed to change the delivery address. I called up the online services who very swiftly sorted out the address change. The shoes arrived a day early too. The service was impeccable, quick and efficient. It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff in Run & Become, be they online or in the store.”
