“My Neff gas hob delivered with the kitchen was completely smashed during delivery or installation. The kitchen supplier could not deliver a new one earlier than in 1-1,5 month. I searched in internet and found out the best offer from Ruislip Appliances, called them to get confirmation that they have it on stock and ordered online. They delivered the hob on the second day as was promised. The price was the cheapest I could find in the web, but a bit more expensive than from the kitchen supplier. In general I am very much satisfied with the delivery and the price. Highly recommend this company.”

“I went to Ruislip appliances LTD , a few days before Christmas 2023 , desperate for a cooker as my one was no longer working, the one I chose wasn’t in shop , I was assured it would be in Monday , and it was , message to say it was in , such an amazing service , so happy with my new cooker , thank you .”

“I found the cooker I wanted in their store. After a bit of research I decided to purchase it and did this on the phone. The staff were very helpful and organised a delivery on the day that suited us. The cooker was delivered on the exact day and was fitted by our own fitter and when we had mislaid the instructions for the cooker the staff of Ruislip Appliances immediately emailed them over to me . It was all a very positive experience and got us using the cooker in time for Christmas.🙌”

“Had a freezer breakdown late Thursday evening Tried PC World who told me 10 days for delivery of a new freezer!!!!! Then remembered Ruislip Appliances - went into shop just before 12 noon. Saw/liked/bought a new freezer which was delivered at 16.20pm. that afternoon. NOW THAT’S Service. Ruislip Appliances will be my first port of call in future. Thank you all so much”
