“Truly superb service. I attempted first, to order from Curry’s but their online order system was unusually complicated and the price appeared to differ at the checkout. I then went to Ruislip Appliances, all so simple, good price and next day delivery. A staff member rang me to confirm the delivery and the two person team who delivered (on time) were very efficient. Very pleased.”

“When I purchased Fridge/Freezer from Ruislip Appliances Ltd, I had excellent customer service from start to finish, including from the delivery gentlemen,who were very polite & efficient, & made sure the F/F fitted & stood properly before leaving & taking old one away. Recently purchased Gas Cooker from there, the information & recommendation was very helpful & there was no pressure. Once purchased the delivery date, day was confirmed, on the day call was made before Gas Safe Engineer & his colleague came, they were very polite, cheerful & knowledgeable, kept me posted with the work they were carrying on to connect the gas & Cooker. Once completed I was given demonstration & any questions or concerns were answered. I am looking to purchase new washing machine, yes you guessed it, I will be visiting Ruislip Appliances Ltd. I will highly recommend them.”

“I was really impressed with Ruislip Appliances. I always try to buy local to keep the high street buoyant, but sometimes price prevents this. This purchase was a lower price than elsewhere and it was delivered in only a couple of days. Delighted.”

“I cannot thank the team at Ruislip Appliances enough! We are a Scout Group who were in need of a new fridge. I reached out to Ruislip Appliances and they went out of their way to help us. “My first purchase with Ruislip Appliances and really impressed. Found a Liebherr fridge, in stock at a great price ( much less than anywhere else ). Was delivered with no fuss an teh installers were great, super quick and respectful. I definitely see the benefits of buying from a small company, much more personal service and care. Will be my first stop for future purchases. Would highly recommend.”

“I recently bought a dishwasher from Ruislip Appliances - this is my second purchase from them. They were helpful in assisting me by email to choose a dishwasher, and were able to come promptly to install it. There was an issue with one of my cabinets and the installation team were able to resolve it. My new appliance works well and I'm very happy with my purchase. I always like to buy locally if possible and price and installation were the same as if I had gone to one of the online retailers.”

“100000 times better then currys. All sorted in few minutes and the even had model that we wanted to take away same day. Definitely recommend and we will be back.”

“We went into the shop looking for advice and certainly wasn't disappointed. Very knowledgable and helpful and guided us to what we were looking for, delivered quickly too. Haven't actually had the appliance installed yet but the service thus far was great!”

“It is so nice to find a small business with a personal service who have a good range of electrical appliances as well as know about the products amd are able to talk about the differences in quality and price. There is always someone to assist and always polite and helpful. I now go there for all electrical goods despite it being 40 Mile's from.home”
