“Fabulous shoes! I no longe live in Hebden Bridge but I always know that RubyShoes Day will have the sort of shoes I want and make a beeline for the shop when I am visiting. And if I can't wait, the online store is great, accurate information and quick delivery of my order. I really like that the price of delivery is included in the the online price. “Couldn’t be more pleased! I’m based in London and ordered online; not only did it arrive the next morning, but the packaging is sustainable, which is a huge plus for me. Also the best price I could find for the size and style I wanted. The delivery came with such a sweet thank you note too. Can’t wait to order from you again :)”

“Great customer service! The product arrived quickly and also came with a nice personalised 'thank you' note which I really appreciated (thanks Kelly!). I found this shop's website through a google search and the shoes I wanted were out of stock in the size I needed everywhere bar Rubyshoesday! I will definitely be coming to them first for any shoes I may need in future.”
