“Great customer service! The product arrived quickly and also came with a nice personalised 'thank you' note which I really appreciated (thanks Kelly!). I found this shop's website through a google search and the shoes I wanted were out of stock in the size I needed everywhere bar Rubyshoesday! I will definitely be coming to them first for any shoes I may need in future.”

“Brilliant company. The bag I had ordered was not available but quick phone call and a replacement was sent out next day . Easy, clear website . Fabulous customer service. Would use time again. Highly recommend.”
